To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for an Administrator to join our fast-paced, energetic, dealership in Kindersley, SK. The successful candidate will be responsible for the initial customer support for the branch including phone calls, greeting, and directing customers, full range of clerical support duties, and help create positive interactions for all Pattison Ag customers. This is a permanent full-time position.

Responsibilities
This individuals responsibilities include:
    Answering and forwarding telephone calls professionally and in a timely manner
    Performing clerical duties - typing, faxing, mail and filing
    Filing and general office duties
    Handling cash, and bank deposits
    Order and maintain office supplies
    Maintaining customer lounge areas
    Processing documents for Sales Department including lien searches, buyouts, funding, leases, and cash deals
    Assist other departments as required

Requirements
This would be an ideal position if you:
    Administrative expertise and knowledge of office procedures
    Knowledge of cash handling, and general accounting processes
    Have exceptional customer service skills
    Are a self-starter with the ability to organize workload in an orderly manner
    Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team
    Have strong organizational skills
    Have excellent computer skills with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
    Have a minimum Grade 12 education
