-Will assist owner/ operator with all supervising staff's work orders scheduling for customer front, in and out of site installation needs for fireplaces, chimneys, and hot tubs.
- Will review, maintain and monitor all retail sales and customer services feedbacks.
- Will handle all customers complaints on the phone and in person such as product reviews, and installation quality complaints.
- Discuss clients all guarantees about product and service qualities.
- Assist company to deal with work-related problems, create, and submit reports to management.
- Must cover schedules that staff can't attend to and must continue the task needed to be completed for deadline.
- Will monitor and provide records of all inventories such as business supplies, materials, and other business related matters.
