This is a reception position for a hydraulic repair shop in Saskatoon. We are looking for somebody that has hydraulics parts and service experience with excellent customer service skills, high-energy and the ability to work in a fast paced, sometimes chaotic environment. Knowledge of hydraulics is a bonus but not required. Inventory placement & control experience would be an asset as well however, training is available to assist our growing enterprise.
Some of the duties & responsibilities for this position include:
Answering phone calls from customers and transferring when needed on a Multi Line Phone System
Greeting customers upon entry and assisting them depending on what is required.
Taking customer information.
Calling customers when their equipment is ready for pick up
Taking payments via cash, cheque, debit or credit.
Monitoring e-mails
Help with shipping & receiving.
Skills & qualifications:
Hydraulics Parts and Service Experience
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Excellent typing skills
Basic knowledge of computer programs and technology
time management skills and being able to prioritize workloads
Ability to problem solve
Positive attitude
Self motivated and reliable
