Description

We're currently seeking a Senior Developer and an Intermediate Developer that is passionate and motivated to join our team on our transformation journey. You will have the flexibility to work either in the office, hybrid or remote, at the managers discretion.

Don't miss your chance to be part of something incredible, consider joining SGI in the following roles:

Intermediate Developer

Intermediate Developers are responsible for designing, developing, testing, configuring and implementing Guidewire applications. This position has additional accountabilities providing mentorship to other members of the team and requires a deeper understanding of the DevOps process, the expectations of the Feature Team and its relationship with the business.  Candidates should have at least three years experience in software development.

Senior Developer

Senior Developers ensure development activities align with established Guidewire development framework, coding standards, and business goals. They excel in dynamic environments, handling complex applications and multiple priorities. With extensive expertise and familiarity with Guidewire platform, they provide valuable feedback and mentorship throughout the development process. As an escalation point, they resolve conflicts and prioritize tasks within sprints. Candidates should possess at least three years of software development experience, including building enterprise-class applications.

The above roles require the candidate to have a four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study, such as Information Technology.  However, a combination of education and experience will be considered.  We know the confidence gap and imposter syndrome can get in the way, so please don't hesitate to apply. We'd love to hear from you!

We strive to create the kind of work environment where employees want to come to work, and we look forward to your application!
