Salary Range: $70,000-110,000/year

JOB SUMMARY:
The SAP ISU (Industry Specific Solution for Utilities) Billing Functional employee is responsible for the technical aspects of configuring and maintaining the billing module within SAP. The Specialist is accountable to provide subject matter expertise and administration of a specialized function. As a member of SaskPowers management team, this position is responsible to act as a central point of contact in the management and administration of strategic and operational functions, providing expert advice and direction that aligns with departmental and corporate goals and objectives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Customizing the billing module in SAP to meet the specific needs and requirements of  the business for major enhancements and projects.
Developing and implementing technical solutions to support the billing process, such as custom reports and new programs.
Assisting the SAP Managed Services team to troubleshoot technical issues with the billing process.
Providing guidance for the SAP Managed Services team and the business for the overall direction of the billing process at SaskPower.
Technical expertise for critical SaskPower processes including meter to cash and billing.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or other related equivalent AND/OR;
Related professional designation(s) and/or certification(s) AND/OR;
Five (5) years of related SAP functional support experience
Knowledge of special billing processes like manual billing and bill corrections
Mass processing for billing, invoicing, collective invoicing, and bill prints.
Experience in Billing out-sorts, EMMA monitoring, and EMMA clarification cases
Knowledge/Understanding of SAP ABAP will be an added advantage
