DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Be an ambassador of the Dairy Queen brand and be professional in every aspect of performance
2. Enthusiastically greet and welcome fans to the Dairy Queen brand
3. Strive to exceed fan expectations and deliver fan first service through timely and quality service
4. Quickly and accurately prepare food products following restaurant, health, and safety standards
5. Properly and safely operate and maintain restaurant equipment including grill, fryer, freezer, and other cooking equipment
6. Complete assigned preparation work for stocking and setting up grill area
7. Prepare and wash fruits and vegetables and clean meat and fish.
8. Assist in the food preparation process such as cutting, chopping, and slicing ingredients
9. Clean and sanitize work tables, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes
10. Assist with unloading of deliveries and their proper storage.
11. Calmly solve fan concerns and embrace Dairy Queens service recovery standards
12. Be a willing team player and maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members
13. Create and maintain a positive, safe, clean, and inviting environment for fans and team members
14. At all times exhibit a genuine passion for excellence
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:     
1. Some secondary education is required.
2. Previous related experience would be an asset but not required

WAGE/BENEFITS:   $14.25/hour. Health, Vision, Dental, Disability and Life Insurance.  
After one year of employment, the employee will be eligible to participate in the company pension plan offering a 6% company match.

WORKING HOURS:  40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift between the business hours of 6:00am- 10:00pm, Sunday to Saturday with two varied days off per week
