Description

Are you an experienced engineer with a passion for innovation in the agricultural sector? Do you excel in designing and improving products while optimizing manufacturing processes? Join Dutch Industries as a Design Engineer and contribute to the advancement of our products and processes.

1.Product Research and Design:
Conduct research to identify opportunities for product enhancements in the agricultural machinery and equipment sector. This includes working tradeshows as a Dutch representative.
Create detailed product specifications, drawings, and prototypes.
Continuously enhance the performance, reliability, and efficiency of existing products.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in agricultural manufacturing.
2.Manufacturing Process Improvement:
Analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and increased efficiency.
Collaborate closely with production departments to implement process enhancements.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process changes.
3.Project Management:
Lead engineering projects related to product development and process improvement.
Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Manage project budgets and resources effectively.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Agricultural, or related field).
2-3 years experience in agricultural product design, manufacturing and process improvement.
Proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office products.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on agricultural applications.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Must be able to travel internationally when required (minimal requirements)
