Full-time medical office assistant. Will be working closely with the physician, booking, and checking in patients, taking the patients in and preparing them for the doctor. Will be responsible for office work, electronic filing, faxing, making appointments, billing, and track payment as well as computer data entry as we utilize an Electronic Medical Record.
Candidate with a medical background or with a post-secondary education (ie: MOA course) should be an assert and be comfortable with the use of a computer.
The successful candidate should be able to work very well independently. Training will be provided and successful candidate will be called for the interview.
