Description

SUMMARY:
Support the Director/Store Manager in all aspects of center operations and ensure achievement of revenue projections.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Motivate, train, and develop all store associates, focusing on the delivery of quality customer service
    Supervise and coordinate all store associates on daily operation
    Assign job duties among store associates and arrange the working schedule
    Liaison with the UPS service team solving customers requests and complaints and authorizing return of service and payment
    Maintain stores cleanliness, visual image, and display and ensure it meets UPSs standard
    Hire and train new store associates according to UPSs operation guidelines and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
    Responsible for store inventory control, ordering, stock, and vendor relationships.
    Accurately perform daily closing procedures, general ledger administration, and bank deposits as instructed.
    Efficiently operate UPSs systems in support of communication, reporting, and other business requirements.
    Assist the Director/Store Manager in making sales plans and achieving store revenue projections.
    Prepare sales reports and marketing plans, monitor daily operations, and perform performance review
    Assume the Director/Store Managers duties in his/her absence.
