Take customers orders,Prepare,heat & finish simple food items,Serve customers at counters or buffet tables,Use manual & electrical appliances to clean,peel,slice/trim foodstuffs,Portion & wrap,Package take-out food,Stock refrigerators & salad bars,Keep records of food used
Kitchen Helping Skills:Wash,peel & cut vegetables & fruit,Clean/sanitize kitchen work surfaces, cupboards,storage areas,appliances & equipment, Receive,unpack & store supplies in refrigerators, freezers,cupboards & other storage areas,Remove kitchen garbage,trash,Handle & store cleaning products,Sharpen kitchen knives,Sweep & mop floors
Bussing Skills:Clean tables,trays & chairs, Load buspans & trays,Replenish condiments,other supplies at tables/serving areas,Assist food & beverage servers in formal service activities
