Great Buffet of China is looking for skilled cooks to join our kitchen.

Job Duties:
* Prepare and cook food items served in the restaurant;
* Plan menu and develop new recipes;
* Estimate food requirements and costs;
* Keep track of inventory and maintain inventory level;
* Inspect kitchen and food service areas;
* Plan, prepare and execute specialty items;
* Supervise kitchen staff and helpers;
* Organize and manage buffets and banquets;
* Manage kitchen operations;
* Clean kitchen and work areas;
* Train staffs in preparation, cooking and handling of food

Qualification:
At least one-year cook experience

Benefits: three (3) weeks paid vacation per year
