Scope of work includes daily Public Works operations as well as Water & Wastewater operations. Opportunity exists for advancement to Town Foreman for the right candidate. Individuals possessing Class 5 drivers license, Grade 12 (or equivalent) or any Saskatchewan Water & Wastewater Operator Certification would be preferred or have the willingness to obtain. Definite assets would be mechanical ability, experience operating heavy equipment, experience with water and sewer systems and organizational and record keeping skills. General duties include operation of municipal equipment, water treatment plant, water pumping facilities and sewage pumping stations. Also included are maintenance of all equipment, waterworks, sewage works, streets, drainage, public facilities and grounds. Candidates who can work independently and co-operatively as part of a team will be given preference as are those who are willing to live in or near the Town of Arborfield.

- Assist equipment operators to secure attachments to equipment or truck
