Humboldt Co-op is hiring a Full-Time Liquor Store Manager for our New Liquor Store in Humboldt, SK.

What you'll do:

Lead the Liquor team in a manner that demonstrates day-to-day behaviors that align with and strengthen the Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and brand.
Manage the Liquor department in accordance with the company policies, procedures, programs, merchandising standards and overall expectations.
Recruit, train, develop, coach and motivate the liquor team.
Perform team performance reviews and action plans for development.
Maintain confidentiality regarding pricing, financial and marketing strategies.
Provide leadership and direction in the development and achievement of operational and financial results including, sales, margins, expense, inventory and SPEH for your department.
Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

Must have a minimum of 3+ years retail experience.
Must have a minimum 2-3 years experience managing/supervising others.
Previous liquor store experience is an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and the ability to manage computer files efficiently.
Effective interpersonal, leadership and communications skills.
Motivation and ability to work in a busy environment.
Effective planning, organization and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate the ability to maintain relationships outside of the organization that support the organization.
You are honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
