Lead retail sales by determining customer needs selling to exceed expectations.
Monitor employees activity and provide constructive feedback and optimistic training.
Supervise the staffs including interviewing of retail staff and recruiting new staff.
Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their designated tasks.
Coordinate with staffs, scheduling, and assign duties to staffs.
Check expired products on regular basis and return expired merchandise.
Develop and maintain customer base by maintaining welcoming atmosphere.
Maintain cleanness of the store up to date according to safety measures.
Handle any issues that arise such as customer complaints, and supply shortages in a calm and courteous manner.
Place orders for products and supplies, receive and review orders, and stock shelves.
Sell merchandise to customers.
Oversee the sales and coordinate with cashiers regularly.
Address the employees problem and solve those problems.
Conduct the employees performance reviews and update to me regularly.
