Job Order Detail

Description

Prepares all the dishes on the menu in extremely fast paced environment
    Cleans food preparation areas as determined by food safe and store procedures
    Act as a main pizza cook and work under supervision of store supervisor on shift
    Makes adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns
    Manages other employees in the kitchen when serving food as per food safe standards
    Ensure proper food service temperature
    Daily Prep work of stock needed for the day
    Ordering of groceries
    Estimates expected food consumption and organize your preparation
    Keeps records and accounts of food purchases and report to store supervisor
    Prepares any necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins
    Cleans up after business hours
    Other duties as assigned such as stocking up the grocery, fill up the cooler etc.
