Touchwood Child and Family Services Inc. requires a Family Prevention Worker for the Prevention Services Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for development and implementation of prevention and intervention programs/plans for Pasqua First Nations members. This position reports directly to the Prevention Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-previous experience and training in delivery of community based service programming.
- Ability to investigate, assess and identify risks and develop an action plan
- Knowledge of First Nation culture and language of Touchwood Child and Family Services Inc. member First Nations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and establish a trusting and strong working relationship with staff, clientele, First Nation communities, interest groups and other agencies.
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends when required.
- Must possess a valid Saskatchewan Drivers Licence and submit to a criminal record check and ACI Check.
