o Draft plans for clients according to their preference and work out optimize solutions or shop drawings if need.
o Read blueprints or work order specifications to determine products sizes and quantity.
o Measure the size of doors and windows, or the size of land for gabion, and mark guidelines to be used for installations
o On site supporting on install, repair and service interior prefabricated products such as doors, windows, flat and curved glass using hand and power tools.
o On site supporting on install, repair and service exterior prefabricated products such as gabion, signs, and play structures.
Requirements:
o two-year post-secondary diploma
o two and more years of work experience in construction, or real estate developing, or landscaping fields. Prefer CAD drawing skill.
o able to speak English and Mandarin
o have a drivers license
o physically capable of lifting 50lbs
o flexible schedule and can travel across Canada
