LEAN MACHINE METAL FABRICATION INC. is in need of Assembly Technician (NOC 94204)

DUTIES:
1. Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions for the trailers, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, sub-assemblies, tools, and materials
2. Positions parts and sub-assemblies by using templates or reading measurements
3. Takes precision measurements to ensure a perfect fit of components in the trailers
4. Verifies specifications to ensure the highest quality
5. Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying a supervisor to obtain additional resources
6. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
7. Maintains supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and anticipating needed supplies
8. Reports on issues, malfunction or defective parts
9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed
10. Follow all company policies and procedures
11. Complete all daily 5S tasks


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Secondary education completion is required
2. Minimum one-year related work experience is required

WORKING HOURS: 8:00 AM  4:30 PM, Monday to Friday,

WAGE AND BENEFITS: $21.67/hour; Extended health benefits, disability, life insurance and pension; work boot allowance, company shirts, and free attendance to staff events
