Kitchen Designer Duties:
Utilize MOSAIC and 3D modeling software to design kitchens
Develop layouts and lines for existing kitchen
Define layout for cabinetry
Develop detailed specifications
Research and develop new, innovative concepts and designs
Keep up to date on the latest kitchen design trends
Maintain visual display system for accurate visual presentation of products and designs
Maintain detailed records of all work
Maintain detailed records of contracts and agreements
Kitchen Designer Responsibilities:
Collaborate with architects and engineers, defining project requirements, and oversee budgeting, purchasing, deliveries, and installation of kitchen components
Develop conceptual kitchen designs based on client needs, allocate project costs, establish timelines, and specify materials and specifications
Manage kitchen project timeline and budget
Operate as a liaison between client and construction team
Track progress, communicate with subcontractors, resolve issues, and ensure quality
Coordinate deliveries and install kitchen components
Organize and oversee clean-up and disposal of construction debris
Perform inspections of completed work
