Description

Prepare and maintain inventory;
Mix and blend dough and batters;
Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods;
Prepare homemade pizza sauce;
Accurately top and bake orders for pizza and rolls in a fast paced environment;
Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed;
Prep toppings;
Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment;
Roll, knead, cut, and shape dough to form garlic rolls, pizza pie crusts, cookies, or other products;
Weigh and measure ingredients;
Prepare ingredients for use during shift;
Set up workstations;
Cook dishes to business standards;
Follow health and safety guidelines
