Food Service Supervisor needs to perform various duties which will be as follows:
Supervise and schedule the duties of staff.
Directing the training/retraining of new and old employees.
Ensuring that employees follow proper cash control procedures and maintain rules and regulations.
Handling the customer complaints and maintaining the food safe procedures as per the companies standards.
Maintain records of stocks,
Order Stocks (Food-Paper) from the suppliers
Maintain Records of sales.
Maintain wastage counts.
Scheduling and other management task like counting deposits, food cost analyses.
