Prairie Co-operative is hiring a Full Time Lumber Lead at our Home Centre in Fort QuAppelle, SK.

What youll do:
As the Lumber Lead you will focus on Business to Business (B2B)/Out-bound & large projects sales and on Business to Customer (B2C)/in-bound sales and sales support. The Lumber Lead will function as in-house service team lead to focus and assist on seamless service, production, project execution, delivery, quality control, lumber purchase, and inventory management.
Responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the Lumber Yard; and provides operational oversight with direction from the Home Centre Manager.
Ensures prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service is always provided to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction; assists with direct customer service as required.
Provides guidance to the team through directing and assigning work, anticipating needs, and providing performance feedback.
Promotes and ensures all company, safety and regulatory policies and procedures are met.
