Applications are invited for Part Time Permanent (3hours/day) Caretaker at ArborfieldSchool with duties to commence as soon as mutually agreed upon. Hours of work will beMonday to Friday 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. (including admin days).During school breaks, hours of workwill be8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. as per the NESD school calendar.

Qualifications
Minimum Grade 10 education; Grade 12 or equivalent is preferred.
Valid Fireman's Certificate would be an asset.
Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems.
Knowledge of the cleaning and minor maintenance of school buildings and grounds.
Knowledge of the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Physically capable of lifting, bending, twisting, turning and climbing.
Be willing to join the Local CUPE 4875 union.
