AgWorld Equipment is currently hiring for:

Parts Counter Person
Employment Type:  Permanent,Full-Time
Reporting to:  Parts Manager
Location: Kinistino

As a growing business, we are currently looking for more parts personnel.  AgWorld Equipment has been a trusted solutions provider in the ag community since 1995.  We place great value in our partnerships: First, with our customers, assisting them in running a successful farm  regardless of the size.  Secondly, we partner with many suppliers to offer the most effective equipment and product support.  Finally, AgWorld believes in the importance of partnering with our employees to develop a well-trained and equipped staff.

Responsibilities:
-Ensure customers receive the help they need with their parts inquiries and requests, by being thorough, courteous, and focused, whether over the phone or in person.
-Prepared to work extra hours during the busy seasons (Harvest and Seeding).
-Communicate with the Parts Manager concerning lost sales, discrepancies, low stock and doing parts returns.  
-Keep the parts displays neat, tidy, and stocked.
-Bill out freight when applicable.
-Ship and receive parts and small equipment, load and unload trucks with the forklift as needed

Requirements and Qualifications:
-Able to work independently and unsupervised yet be coachable
-Organized and professional in appearance and conduct.
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Previous parts experience an asset
