Humboldt Co-op is hiring a Full-Time Liquor Store Supervisor for our Liquor Store in Humboldt, SK.

What you'll do:
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to make all guests of our Co-op feel at home here through:
Supervising and delegating employees workflow and duties while ensuring all staff are following safety standards as well as Humboldt Co-op's policies and procedures.
Providing ongoing and frequent communication and coaching
Onboarding and training new staff
Demonstrating leadership in the operation of Point-of-Sale system.
General Liquor Store duties as required - stocking, receiving, ordering, opening, closing, operate POS system
Other duties as assigned.
Who you are:
You have retail experience in the areas of customer service and merchandising
You have prior supervisory experience (considered an asset)
You have above average communication skills and computer skills
Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
You are willing to work all shifts scheduled including days, evenings, holidays and weekends
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 50lbs, climb ladders and kneel
