The salesperson will focus on customer acquisition and sales. The position involves contacting existing and new potential customers and providing prospective clients with all the aspects of customer service including technical solutions and product applications on the variety of Pumps and service offerings of Frank- Henry. Must be energetic, well spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
Major Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations and process orders for customer inquiries generated through telephone, emails, fax and walk-in customers.
Completing the order process which includes offering pricing terms according to established margins, sourcing of additional products, and generating sales orders.
Completing detailed technical review of customer specifications to identify applicable aspects of industry standards as well as customer specific requirements.
Ensure customers are provided with accurate pricing, inventory, and delivery information.
Responding to customers requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
Cross sell and up sell Pumps and accessories.
Validate returns and process as per the company policy and reroute any warranty claims to the vendors.
Review open and backorders daily to meet customer delivery time and expectations.
Place rush orders for parts from Vendors as per the corporate purchasing policy.
Comply with all internal Policies and Procedures including, but not limited to, Health and Safety and Quality Management.
Promote existing and new products.
Anticipate client direction and objectives.
Attend training and sales meetings as required.
Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals.
What will you bring:
3+ years of applicable experience with working knowledge of pumps and peripheral equipment
Related experience in an Inside Sales or Purchasing position within the oil&gas Industry.
