Typical Daily Duties:
Designing and implementing computer application code
Investigate problems; determine solution options, make required code modifications, test, and implement changes.
Provide appropriate assistance to client inquiries
Co-ordinate the allocation of programming resources to systems
Develop computer applications of moderate to high complexity
Support and maintain existing systems
Train clients and peers
Provide technical assistance and guidance for junior staff members
Collaborate with various technology departments to complete required maintenance
You must be willing to participate in the on-call 24/7 support strategy. This requires a rotation of support analysts to be available to respond to priority emergency Priority 1 service disruptions after hours.
