Do you name your layers? Do you think math and design can co-exist?
We're on the hunt for a Graphic Designer/Production Artist that has strong typographic and layout skills, knows the ins-and-outs of print and digital production, loves attention to detail, and finds joy in well-organized files.
If that describes you, you might be the icing on our production cake, or donut, or cookie, and we want to take a bite.
About the job:
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to translate conceptual designs into production-ready artwork.
- Execute and refine design concepts to produce print-ready and digital assets, ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on artwork, including proofreading, image and colour corrections, file optimization and prepress preparation.
- Retouch images to improve quality, build and extend backgrounds, etc. both in print and digital formats.
- MORE information about the position and who we're looking for are available on our website in the Jobs section.
About Chess Club:
Mothering prosperity through curiosity is what we're here for. By challenging conventional mindsets and trusting in strategic optimism in each other, our clients, and our audience, we create and grow together, start and finish together, and always find a way. We offer all the services you'd expect from a creative agency, but how we do what we do makes us different.
We're art kids, wordsmiths, divergent thinkers, leaders, office DJs, animal lovers, craft beer aficionados, motorcycle enthusiasts, and the cool kind of nerdy. We've been around the block. We're dripping in new blood and fresh ideas. We're more fun than your real friends but have your back just as boldly. We're a small-town girl with big-city swagger. We're chocolate cake for breakfast. We're a perfectly aligned stack of freshly printed papers. We're hungry and you're going to want a seat at our table.
