Tomcat searching for a Drafter to join our team for full-time positions who will report to the drafting supervisor. Create and modify detailed drawings used in the Residential houses and commercial buildings and construction Project drawings. Work with sales staff and provide design information to construction/production staff to help solve and prevent problems from arising on the production floor.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Experience or training with Auto Desk Inventor and Vault.
Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel.
The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
The ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Residential houses , commercial buildings and construction project experience would be considered an asset.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Applicants must be willing to relocate.
The Ideal candidate will have:
Experience or training with Auto Desk Inventor
Experience or training with Mechanical Desktop
Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel
The ability to work independently and in a team environment
The ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Building, Construction experience is considered a great asset
Must possess good organizational and problem-solving skills
