Assign workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments and maintain restaurant inventory
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes and personnel matters
Ensure the visual standards and image of the restaurant are maintained, such as restaurant displays, signage and cleanliness
May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the restaurant, managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies.
