The Home Inn & Suites Swift Current is accepting applications for a Full-Time Hotel Front Desk Agent. We are in search of someone who can work 8 hour shifts which will vary between 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am.  Weekends are required with varying weekday shifts. The ideal candidate will have worked in the hotel industry and will understand the requirements of this role. The Front Desk Agent must be upbeat, friendly and customer service oriented as they are the first point of contact for guests. They are responsible for registering guests and assigning rooms, processing group arrivals and departures, taking, cancelling and changing room reservations, processing guests' departures which includes calculating charges and receiving payments, balancing cash and completing related forms.
