Description

AGT Soileos Saskatchewan is looking for 2 Process Operators.

The Process Operator will be responsible for the manufacturing and handling of raw materials and/or finished products at the new AGT Soileos production facility north of Rosetown.

Core Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Actively promote a safe and efficient work environment consistent with good manufacturing practices
Operate equipment and provide ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting and adjustment of the AGT Soileos production process as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines
Provide support for the Quality Department for in-process testing, to ensure that products both adhere to specification and are of uniform quality
Obtain product samples and perform QC testing in accordance with established SOPs
Operate as a self-starter and demonstrate an ability to work within cross-functional work teams to problem solve, improve processes and procedures, and generally help AGT Lucent to continually improve
Identify opportunities for improvement; develop appropriate recommendations, implement action plans, and follow up to ensure effective results
Ensure detailed and documented shift logs are prepared for handover to the next shift
Execute sanitation and cleaning of process equipment and general cleaning of work areas to contribute to a safe working environment
Use of dry and wet chemicals
Perform maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities as required
Perform any other duties as required
