Job Description: The Public Health Nurse (PHN) provides services to the community, groups, families, and individuals. These services include components of health promotion, disease and injury prevention, health education, community development and facilitation of client services.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Nursing
Basic Life Support and Level C
Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Experience
One year's public health nursing experience is preferred

The successful candidate is responsible to obtain and provide an original Criminal Record Check (CRC) & Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) from their local police service, RCMP or previous country/countries of residence that is dated within the past six (6) months that is satisfactory to the Saskatchewan Health Authority. Internal candidates may be required to provide a CRC & VSC during recruitment
