Your goal is to create a trusted relationship so strong, that whenever a member needs financial advice or support they dont hesitate to visit you in branch, or pick up the phone and give you a call!
The Member Relationship Specialist will hold a key role in the credit union. You will be responsible for account opening, and promoting all of our products and services from your very first meeting with a new member. You will ensure they receive the right products, and the right services, at the right time. You can spot an opportunity when you see it. This may be by way of asking for more business, creating an investment plan to help your member get ahead, or referring a member for further expert advice.
