Description

The Citizen Centric Program Delivery Branch of the Ministry of of SaskBuilds and Procurement requires an individual that is motivated and results oriented for a Programmer Analyst position.

The Programmer Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation and support of power platform services such as PowerApps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents. Please indicate your experience in all known technologies when applying.

Our candidate of choice will possess a strong background in developing, implementing and solutions on the Power Platform, including knowledge of various programming concepts and languages. Proven communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Typically, the knowledge and skills required for this position would be attained through the completion of a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, supplemented with experience working in an application development environment or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

You will have knowledge of:
- Programming concepts, techniques and languages;
- Programming technologies including writing or executing scripts; and
- System analysis techniques, facilitation methods, and modeling tools, including SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle).

You will be:
- A self starter in order to identify system requirements and ensure optimal customer service is delivered;
- Adaptable in order to respond to constant change within a high pressure environment; and
- Customer service and results orientated.
