Job Summary:
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, this position is primarily responsible for the sorting and distribution of library materials, and delivering materials to rural and city locations. As a valued member of the Headquarters team, the position performs other clerical duties as assigned and may receive cross-training to cover other Headquarters positions that ensure the provision of a seamless level of support to our regional branches.
Required:
-Ability to adapt quickly to new programs, procedures, and operational demands.
-Strict attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Demonstrated ability to work independently.
-Ability to lift and carry library materials weighing up to 15 kilograms on a daily basis.
-Ability to reach a range of shelves between 5 cm and 200 cm above floor.
-Valid Saskatchewan Driver's License with Abstract.
-Criminal Record Check current within 2 years.
