Johnston Agencies is seeking an energetic, client service orientated individual with an attention to detail to join the team in Porcupine Plain. In this role, you will use your customer service focus to provide superior service to our clients. Your positive attitude combined with your ability to adapt and thrive in a fast faced, team oriented environment will be essential to success.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Motor license issuing;
- Daily administrative tasks;
- Working with clients to provide extension auto insurance;
- Processing and administering changes to insurance policies;
- Producing invoices and ensuring the data is entered correctly in the computer system; and
- Collecting client receivables.
Qualifications:
- Computer skills;
- Team player;
- Enjoy providing superior client service and an ability to assist clients that are in a difficult situation with clear communication and compassion;
- Professional attitude, including strict adherence to confidentiality;
- Superior verbal and written communication skills;
- The ability to manage multiple processes;
- Motivation and willingness to experience a fast-paced environment is required;
- Valid Class 5 drivers license.
Education:
- Successful applicant will be fully supported to complete the following education, at a minimum:
o SGI Autofund New Issuer Training (Course & Exam);
o General Insurance Council Bylaws of Saskatchewan, Fundamentals of Insurance, and Restricted Auto (Self Study & Exam);
o Canadian Accredited Insurance Brokers Level 1 (Course & Exam)
Compensation:
- Compensation is competitive, and dependent upon previous experience.
- Successful candidate will receive a comprehensive health plan and RRSP matching after probationary period.
