As a Large Depot Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising all depot staff, including coaching, scheduling, communications, performance evaluations and management, safety, maintenance and documentation of personnel files, training, and more
- Assisting in the recruitment process and recommending candidates for hire
- Ensuring proper policies and procedures are followed for depot operations
- Ensuring and/or providing good customer relations
- Completing all depot forms, reports, and accounting accurately
- Performing all tasks within the depot, from counting containers for deposit refund and operating the Point of Sale system or tills to preparing containers for shipping  
- Providing external communications
- Attending training and workshops as required.
- Performing other tasks as required.

What are the skills you must have to perform this role?
- Have a minimum of three to four years related experience, most recently in a supervisory role
- Possess effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ensure day to day work is completed accurately
- Display amazing customer service.
- Have the ability to do physical work and stand for long periods of time.
- Working knowledge of OH&S regulations in an industrial setting is essential.
- Have basic working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.
- Portray a high level of professionalism.
- Provide a satisfactory criminal record check as a condition of employment.
