Gravel Crushing Operator
KF Aggregates Recycling is currently looking for a responsible, safe, and dependable Gravel Crushing Operator to join our team in Regina.

Responsibilities Include:
    Operate heavy equipment such as crusher, loaders, rock truck.
    Move rock, gravel, or other materials during crushing and related activities.
    Well versed in all areas of a Rock Quarry Crusher Operation including plant maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and be knowledgeable of materials specification.
    Ability to lift heavy objects
    Inspect crusher for blown screens, belt damage, lacings and rollers, grease screener, check cone oil and cone liners
    Plan maintenance with Supervisor.
    Check for wear on parts and equipment.
    Communicate safety problems or production problems to other crew members.
    Set up and tear down crusher.
    Monitor crushing process to ensure system is functioning properly.
    Set production limits.
    Unplug jams in the crusher.
    Control crusher process and activities of each job within the process.
    Set pace of crusher.
    Work with crew members to ensure the crusher is producing at the desired capacity.
    Ensure safe working procedures.
    Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and clean, lubricate and refill equipment.
    General maintenance duties on crusher, this may include general repairs and maintenance to the crusher, (greasing, changing bearings, conveyor maintenance, screen and crusher repairs to crusher and other required maintenance).
    Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards
Qualifications and Skills:
    Clean Class 5 drivers license
    Experience with gravel crushing equipment
    Desire to work cooperatively as part of a productive team
    Ability to work safely, and independently without constant supervision
    Ability to work a flexible work schedule including different shifts and overtime when needed
