To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Parts Manager to join our fast-paced, energetic, dealership in Kyle, SK. The successful candidate will lead a team who ensures customer satisfaction and will be responsible for the day to day management of the Pattison Ag parts team.

Responsibilities
-Customer focused product support
-Parts sales efficiency
-Departmental profitability, and overall department performance
-Market, plan and initiate all parts department functions
-Assist with the attraction, retention, and effective engagement of department personnel.

Requirements
-A minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in Parts Department operations, experience leading and developing others, and exemplary customer service skills
- Or hold a current Parts Manager role, or are a senior Parts Technician looking to guide significant growth and development of a department
-Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products
