To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Trucking Coordinator to join our fast-paced, energetic, dealership in either Yorkton or Swift Current, SK. As a Trucking Department Coordinator, you will assist in directing trucking operations for Pattison Ag locations, optimizing processes and efficiencies while ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
This individuals responsibilities include:
- Schedule trucking needs for all locations; hauling, pulling, & piloting
- Coordinate all trucking staff; semi drivers, pull drivers and pilot drivers
- Maintain schedule using scheduling software
- Set priority and organize all emergency trucking situations
- Provides estimates, issues purchase orders, and performs invoicing for all locations/depts, for internal and external customers
- Maintain records for unit maintenance, inspections, and book repairs as needed
- Maintain licencing and permits for all units

Requirements
- Ability to interact effectively with customers and co-workers
- Strong written, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent Computer Skills including Word and Excel
- Well-organized, problem solver
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Valid drivers license required
- Knowledge of trucking and/or agricultural industry is an asset
- Previous administrative experience in transportation industry is an asset
