Education            :     Secondary School certificate
Language            :     English
Experience            :     1-2 years

Duties:

    Process and communicate information and orders to co-ordinate the activities of truck drivers.
    Inform drivers about route and traffic problems such as construction, accidents, congestion, weather, weight, and size restrictions.
    Receive requests for emergency assistance and contact ambulances, tow-trucks, and utility trucks.
    Dispatch personnel according to work orders or as per emergency requirements.
    Keeping track of staff workloads and locations.
    Ensure timesheets and payroll summaries of drivers are accurately completed.
    Compile and maintain records of mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses
    Arrange for necessary repairs to restore service and schedules.
    Assuring the safety and health of drivers and fulfilling customer requirements.
