Estate Administrator
The Yorkton Tribal Council is seeking one (1) highly motivated individual for the First Nations Estate Administrator position. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Estate Administrator position is responsible for cases appointed by AANDC or court offices when a person has deceased. The Administrator is responsible for the settlement of the deceaseds estate and is accountable to the heirs or beneficiaries. The administrator may be required to handle the assets of the estate, pay debts, determine heirs or beneficiaries, and distribute assets.
