Delta Construction is a growing construction company, that has expanded and is building a 7-bay shop that will handle truck and equipment repairs in-house, and with several divisions within the company, tools, and equipment will need to be inventoried.
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a pivotal role in our organization? We're seeking a dedicated Inventory / Tool crib personnel to join our team.
Job description:
- Maintain accurate inventory records of tools, equipment, and supplies.
-Monitor stock levels and reorder when necessary.
-Ensure tools are properly inspected, maintained, and organized.
-Assist team members in locating and checking out tools and equipment.
-Perform routine audits to minimize losses.
-Collaborate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
-Maintain a clean and organized crib area and shop space.
-Work on creating a new inventory/work order app for our organization.
-Locate parts for a wide variety of equipment.
-Working with vendors to find the best price and availability.
Requirements:
-Strong organizational skills.
-Attention to detail and accuracy.
-Ability to work independently.
-Good communication skills.
-Able to make calls to vendors.
-Computer skills email, excel, and parts searching.
-Knowledge of inventory management systems (Ft maintenance) a plus.
