This full time out-of-scope (non-unionized) position acts as the principal contact and coordinator for the Grenfell R & C Advisory Board and is primarily responsible for the daily operation of the Recreation, Culture and Promotion Department. The position is responsible for directing a comprehensive recreation program, providing administrative assistance and promotion to local recreation, sport, cultural groups and business as directed, oversees management of recreation facilities, contracted services and department employees, and assists in the preparation of the department budgets and manages Town projects and events.
