Facility: LA RONGE HEALTH CENTRE
Job Description: The clinical supervisor will provide clinical supervision and program leadership to the Saskatchewan Health Authority's Mental Health and Addictions teams in North East networks 1 and 2.  This will include teams in Creighton, Sandy Bay as well as to team members in La Ronge, Pinehouse and Stanley Mission.  The incumbent will work in partnership with the other designated clinical supervisor to share the clinical supervisory responsibilities.  The incumbent will be responsible for program development and mentorship and develop positive working relationships with internal and external mental health and addiction agencies.  The Clinical supervisor will also provide counselling services to clientele in these networks.
Required Qualifications

Clinical experience working in a Mental Health and Addictions setting
Masters Degree in Social Work
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Basic computer skills
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop others.
Demonstrated knowledge of severe mental health and psychiatric issues related to youth including early psychosis, self-harm, depression, anxiety, and suicide ideation.
Familiarity with community development and sensitivity to cross-cultural issues
Incumbent will demonstrate a commitment to service excellence, and employee and patient safety in the context of quality improvement and risk management
Knowledge and skill in program development and implementation
Knowledge of community resources and the demonstrated ability to refer to, network, and work cooperatively with community agencies  
Leadership abilities and professional maturity to develop and maintain consulting relationships within a multidisciplinary team, interagency
