Needing multi-talented skilled Maintenance/ Property Manager with working ability of typical repairs needed in older rental homes with Old School general knowledge of a number of skills & the ability to Problem solve.

Examples such as: Carpentry, installing doors, changing locks, repairs to fences, decks, minor but quality drywall, taping, patching, and painting.

Excellent opportunity for a qualified candidate, not required to be a Journeyman  But an experienced skill level is mandatory.  An accredited trades person would be a great fit and asset to our team but it is not a requirement.

Common sense, Innovative, functional, practical, cost- effective repairs needed.

Need the ability to communicate effectively with tenants.

This candidate will also do move ins and outs with tenants, and maintain yearly records and maintenance check requiring a high level to attention and accuracy.


Must have valid drivers licence and personal cordless hand tools.
