Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools invites applications for a full-time, out-of-scope Information Technology - System Analyst Lead. This leadership position promises an engaging challenge for individuals who possess a blend of technical prowess, exceptional interpersonal skills, effective communication, strategic planning, and project management expertise. The successful applicant will work with a modernized technology team that recently completed a repositioning restructure.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate and optimize the technical infrastructure of the school division's data systems
- Lead the conception, modification, and application of computer programs to drive divisional objectives
- Champion the design and implementation of impactful database solutions
- Provide strategic recommendations for system controls and protocols
- Shape IT budgetary decisions, focusing on IT infrastructure encompassing both on-premises and cloud-hosted solutions
- Mentor, supervise, and inspire System Programmers and Analysts to achieve excellence
- Conduct in-depth research to identify optimal solutions, making well-founded recommendations
- Analyze existing IT systems and business models, pinpointing requirements for enhancement
- Skillfully map and meticulously document interfaces between various Student Information Systems

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Professional or technical certification
- Proven experience in programming interfaces between programs
- Proficiency in project management methodologies
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Minimum of five years of successful experience in relevant roles
- Proficiency in programming languages such as MS SQL, C#, PowerShell, HTML/JavaScript, PHP and Python
