Snake Lake is primarily a small projects company that participates in the following industries:
-    Aggregate production.
-    Heavy trucking.
-    Earth moving/civil works and erosion control systems.    
The role of the Manager is to work with Management and our Clients to deliver project requirements.
Ensure resources are available, manage day to day planning and coordination, and front line contact with execution teams Develop improvements and drive implementation.  
In this position you will be responsible for:
-    Developing project execution strategies.
-    Planning and scheduling of activities.
-    Assembly and coordination of project staff and resources.
What do you bring to the role?
-    5 to 10 years of practical experience in a similar position.
-    Solution driven.
-    Ability to handle high pressure projects and balance competing priorities.
-    Extremely well organized.
-    Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
-    Currently residing in Canada and able to legally work in Canada.
Required traits:
-    Communication and care.
-    A flexible, adaptive, and fast learner that grows with the company.
-    Good judgment with the ability to reduce complex problems to executable tasks.
