We are looking for individuals who like to work in a fast paced environment to join our team at First Mate Coffee Corp. operating as Starbucks Cafe with Drive Thru located at 2074 Aurora Boulevard at the Aurora retails development.
The position we are offering is Barista.
The successful individuals should expect the following:
The Partner agrees to carry out the following tasks as a Barista
    Work in fast paced environment.
    Assist in the operations of specific areas of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
    Prepare and serve all food and beverage products to the customers.
    Work in a team environment and with harmony and respect.
    Work the point of sales and handle all sales transactions properly and professionally.
    Ensure guest services in the cafe meet applicable standards for quality, value and cleanliness.
    Work professionally with supervisors and managers.
    May contribute to the execution of the cafes business plan through specific job assignments and projects as determined by the management team.
    Able to perform the duties of all other non-management positions in the caf.
    Clean and maintain all equipment and store during shifts.
    Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by the management team.
